Hi,unfortunately you are experiencing a situation that the SQL-packs were
outdated and the WPs didn't recognized this.
Please be aware that after every CUM-package and every DB-Fixpack it is
recommended to delete all the SQL-Packs. It is not such a big issue as they
are usually rebuild within one day.
When you did delete them always after PTF-applying it coud be that the WPs
didn't encounter that the tables begin to grow after your going live and now
e.g. a full table scan is no longer a good choice. They did always a full
table scan when there are only a few records in, but now it takes to long.
Because of your deleting of the SQL-packs the current optimiizer-version has
to "reconsider" for every SQL-statement. These choices seem to be a lot
better then the old ones.
As IBM releases about every 6-8 weeks DB-fixpacks and you are recommended to
implement them, it would be fine when you could delete the SQL-packs always
after the PTF installation and then the "reconsider" process can happen on a
regular "basis".
