I'm not sure if it's what you want but there is a profile called S_A.SHOW =
"Basis: Display authorizations only" in our 4.0B system that sounds pretty
close.

Hello Gang.
I am trying to find a role/profile to assign our Security admin person for
our PRD system. She will be doing the usuall PFCG (display only in PRD,
SU01 etc) that a security admin would normally be doing. Can anyone tell me
what profile I can give her to allow this? I don't have time to create a
new role/profile for her at the moment but she needs access now.
Any help would be great.
