V5R1 problem

Hi

Thanks for the responses. After the v5r1 upgrade we
applied all the ptf's according to the IBM APAR. We
also deleted all the SQL packages before starting SAP.


There was some suggestion that a internal SAP cleanup
job caused the problem.

The lock wait problem seems to have corrected itself.
