OS400 upgrade to V4R5
Hi Group!I just completed upgrading OS400 from V4R3 to V4R5. Applied the cum PTF
and all PTFs on APAR II12399.
Every thing went fine until I brought up R3. In R3 SE16 dumps for any
table I tried. The log tells me that SYSTABLES is not found.
I did RCLSTG *DBXREF. Still I have the problem. I have deleted sql
pckages before I started R3. Did I miss some step that can cause
this error. Also the status of all work processes is SEMW. I am on
version 4.5B patch 488.
