SAP service marketplace has changed

Hi all,

at the end of august the SAP service marketplace has completely changed the
structure where patches are available. Now these patches are more
product-like ordered.

So, you can find the kernel-patches now as follows:
Use the shortcut http://service.sap.com/swcenter-main and then you select
the following entries of the launchpads:
SAP R/3 => SAP R/3 4.6C => Binary Patches => SAP Kernel 4.6D => OS/400
V4R4M0 => DB2/400
