Transporting ABAP Variants

Well, I finally found the answer, within minutes after I had 'given up' and
sent the previous message. In case anyone else needs to know...

I found report RSTRANSP that allows you to enter select options for a
program and variants. This will create the appropriate LIMU VARX entry in a
transport request of your choosing.

It's no wonder I had errors when trying to enter an object name for LIMU
VARX, since the final entries look like:
"ZMMEXTEND ANNMMEXTEND"
Who would've known to include all the spaces in between the program name and
the variant name. By the way, when I got the erorr trying to create a
transport, I had tried ZMMEXTEND* for the object name to pickup all variants
for that program...and it failed (generic entries not allowed).

Anyway, RSTRANSP will work for me. Sorry if I wasted your time with this
issue and thanks for any help you would've provided.
