Transports don't work after V5R1M0 upgrade

Hello Mike,

we found out that the problem lies in the pgm DBINCONDB4. This
seems to be outdated. I have no other idea, then that this is from the
last and not newest kernel-cd.
For the latest kernel 797 a CD with the patch 543 is necessary. This
should be the CD-number 51014168. When you were using an oldder CD and
patched it up to 5434 and then higher, this fails now. I thought it
was not possible to patch higher from an old CD more then 543, but
there might be a problem.
So, please install the kernel new from a CD with 543 and apply again
the latest patch 797 and it should work fine.
