LODR3KRN fails
Jim,yes, the source-library is owned by R3OWNER and the target library is owned
by QSECOFR.
Maybe this could be the problem. I cannot test this because in
the meantime I solved the problem by calling FIXR3OWNS and now the kernel
switch seems to be o.k.

Karl: I remember something similar--I think my library was owned by DEVOFR
on one box, and I didn't have a DEVOFR on the target box. I changed the
ownership of the library to R3OWNER on the source box, and that worked fine.
That was our trouble--don't know if that matches your symptoms or not.

Hello saplings,
I'm trying to copy the kernel from TST to the sand-box as described in note
148208.
Cmd LODR3KRN restores all objectes and then stops with the message
"Command RSTLIB failed. error in command RSTLIB".
I'm on V4R5, 4.0B.
Any help is welcome.
