LODR3KRN fails

Hi Karl,

when you do encounter problems of this type, you always should use FIXR3OWNS
first. As soon as there is a mismatch, this would cause your problems.
Unfortunately this should be done by LODR3KRN, but I don't believe in this
as well. So when you could use instead of using LODR3KRN the command
sequence: SAVLIB, RSTLIB and FIXR3OWNS.
