Hello Manfred/Volker.It appears that I did not have authority for the drive on our server to
delete. once I get the authority, I will restore the new help files to the
directory and try it again.
Volker, I did not get a chance to talk with our OP's guy today for haw the
backups have been running but for the time being, SM21 looks good.... no
connect/disconnect errors listed and no DBIF errors since Friday! Now if I
can get teh 3025 and 3029 errors fixed ,I'll be in business.

Hi Chris,
if the files are 'read-only', you can delete them directly by Windows
Explorer. You only have to confirm the warning message
with 'delete all'.
