*BASE Activity level?
To reinforce one of Volker's earlier points, if you are on V4R5 AND have thedreaded DB fix pack 8, get DB fix pack 9 as fast as you can. Numerous SQL
"lockups" and "memory overflows" were the symptoms we observed. We went
along fine for the first week or so but once the stuff hit the fan, it kept
hitting it until DB fix pack 9 was installed. I think we still have more of
these issues than we used to (before V4R5) but I can't quantify that yet.

Actually, it isn't just one SAP program, it's quite a few, but I just know
that I can reproduce
the problem with STMS refresh...
