Hi Gerd,there are files in /usr/sap/trans/tmp that may lock all the transports. Then
they are always in SIGW I think. But they should complain in
/Usr/sap/trnas/log/SLOGxxxx about the reason.
Examples of lock-files are:
<SID>.LOB
<username>.LOS
...
