Correct,
The CCSID was 819. When changing to 500 using EDTF - F15 the data is
correct displayed in AL11.

Hi,
may it be possible that the contents of the STMFs is ASCII and the tagging
is EBCDIC or vice versa ? Unfortunately DSPF always shows it correct, but
AL11 does a difference.
You can check this with option 8 (attributes) and then the codepage. 819 or
850 would be ASCII, 500 would be EBCDIC. DSPSTMF should support option F10
for the binary data. Then you should be able to determine this.
