You need SU01 authority. On the first screen press the "lock" button.

Hi all,
I have a user who had not logged on to OSS in a while and tried the wrong
password so many times that he is now locked. I can change the password but
I cannot unlock the user (no authority to SU01 at OSS). Anyone know how to
unlock a locked OSS id?
