TMS Error
Hi Mark,you should have a look to /usr/sap/trans/tmp. When there are files like
user.lob or some other ones that are from the time of the transports, you
should rename or delete them as they are locks that prevent IPLs. You should
trys and clean up this directory, so that you can see fast what's new there
and perhaps delete it.
