Hi,
You could try and "recover the SAP* user and password as follows:
(refer to SAP internal note 4326 as well)
delete from r3data/usr02 where bname = 'SAP*' and mandt = '000'
(When this shouldn't work: Insert the following parameter in the
instance-profile: login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0 and restart the
system)
Perhaps it is necessary to use the following SQL statement as well:
delete from r3data/usr01 where bname='SAP*' and mandt='066'
