LTO 3583 in AS/400 Three Tiers Envoirement via SAN

Hello,

do somebody have a experiences with the following envoirement:

2 x AS/400 270 with 2743 with OSS 5.1 last cum 254
1 x AS/400 820 with 2743 with OSS 5.1 last cum 254

connected to a non-managed HUB 3534 where a LTO 3583 is connected.

This system is so unstable, we get always errors like

"Gateway error", "Time outs", etc.

sometimes the 2743 Card in the AS/400 goes down and can only brought
back with an IPL on the IOP. Sometimes SAN board in 3583 goes on
error and comes back only after 2 to 4 times rebooting of the 3583.
