Please use note 457209 and check the logical pagesize!

I pulled in CHKPAGSIZ, can't open savf, get CPF3743, file cannot be
restored or displayed, because it was created on a more recent
release of the OS. We are at V4R4. We can't use this until we go to
a later release?
