OS upgrade from V4R5M0 to V5R1M0

Hi,

Please help!!!

I did an OS/400 upgrade this weekened to our DEV system the upgrade was
completed normally. I save my Kernel from my TST system and restore to my
DEV and I tried to start my DEV and all WP's started no problem but this job
R3_DEV_00 ended with this message.

Kernel 4.6D patch level 912.

We did upgrade our TST system 2 week ago from V4R5M0 to V5R1M0 and using the
same Kernel and this system is working all CUM and PTF's are the same.
