Note 67205 "CC-INFO: Copying large and productive clients" has somesuggestions to work around file size limits. There is also a list of
related notes, one of which I believe tells you how to exclude large
tables from the export and transport them separately.
We've also used remote client copies with parallel processing
successfully for a client of around 90-120 gig. We're on 46B. We used
to have enough disk, so we took a database copy of PRD and restored
to a different SID on the same box as the target client then did the
copy from there. No interruption to PRD.
