Hi Franco,
you should keep in mind, that there are dependencies between PTFs and
kernel-patches at NO TIME!
That means, that you should apply the latest PTFs independent on the current
kernel patch.
In your case, the kernel is not too old, so if you don't have any issues
with the kernel, I would stay on this fot the next time.
