Are you sure that you can use a sav command to save /QNTC ? I think no ...
on my V4R4 is impossible. Mybe in high release.

Notice the following QNTC file system limitations:
- Connection to print resources is not available.
- File-level save and restore capability is not available for QTNC.
- Connection to the AS/400 NetServer is not available.
- The QNTC file system supports the majority of the Integrated File System
APIs. However, because of the lack of a translation means from the AS/400
system to Windows NT, there are the following exceptions:

? qp01GetPathFromFileID()
? readlink()
? symlink()
? takedescriptor()
- The following IFS commands are not supported:
