how can I speddup a OSS ticket ?
Hi,You can call SAP helpdesk to speed up your ticket. Just remember the message
number, SAP Helpdesk will ask for the message number. I usually do this to
know the ticket status or change the priority eg. from medium to high.

I've a opened OSS Ticket due my SAPOSCOL error in ST06 from 08/04/02 as
Medium priority. How can I speed up the problem solution ?
The support has already loged-in in R/3 and in OS/400 level but no a valid
solution 🙁
Form 10 days My SAPOSCOL can't collect information to send to Early Watch
