Plant name and address shows up for sold-to customer on sales order
We created a new plant about 2 months ago and are now running live with it. Wenow discovered two customers name and address is replaced by the plant name and
address. Number range problem? I tried to use note 25182 to fix this problem but
I do not understand the specific steps to take. If any of you sappers have
crossed this bridge before can you be kind enough to share the steps you took to
correct this situation. The number range is 1700000001-1799999999 with next #
1700037960.
The plant took 1700034601 and overwrote a customers name and address. Can I fix
this without changing number range in production system?
