How to lock STMS ' Import All'

Hey all,

For those of us not on the lastest release...

In 40B I found table TMSUCONF. When you add a record to the table
with fields TMSUSER = 'ALL' and TMSDNYP = 'IMPORT', then the "IMPORT
ALL - F9" truck button is disabled (disappears).

The table showed "partially active" in the dictionary and I had to
activate it before this would work, but that might just be us.

I sure hope this is preventative and not something you learned about
the hardway, like we did.
