No transport logs being written after upgrade

After my upgrade to 4.6C SR2 TP logs are no long written. In 4.0B they
were written to /usr/sap/trans/log. 4.6C is looking to
/usr/sap/trans/log/PRD for log files, and they aren't there, and in fact
aren't anywhere on the system that I can find.

Any ideas? The owner of usr/sap/trans/log/PRD is prdofr. I can see logs
(for the source system that it was exported from) in the source system
only, and it's not pulling them from the file it claims to be.
