Subject: the SAP spool system problem
our user printed a large print job today and hold the one SPO work
process. The status of the SPO work process was 'stopped'(SM50).
Another SPO workprocess was in status 'waiting'.
All the spool requests after the large print job were at 'waiting for
output formatter'(SP01) and could not been executed.
I found in note 40842 write the reason 'The spool work process sent a
command to the operating system that resulted in an endless loop'.
How could I solve the problem of this situation?
