EDI Subsystems

Hi,

We are also running Trusted Link from Peregrine/Harbinger. It runs
on our production machine in a two tier environment. We have a
second test copy that runs on our DEV/QAS machine. No problems
running it on the machines. It seems to make little impact (compared
to R/3).

Only real problem was the technical help as far as the SAP
interface. At the time (3 yrs ago) they seemed to have had little
experience with SAP customers. Their consultants knew very little of
the setup required in R/3. And one of our maps (DELFOR/830) could not
be translated without an exit program, which also required tweaking
of their system.

However, as of today with their version 5 of the software, I can't
say we really have any problems or outstanding issues. It runs
everyday and works.
