What different Problems do you have with the Service Marketplace ?

Hi Volker,

just this morning I provided "Feedback" on the customer system update
page. I wanted to update my system information with the latest kernel
and support package information. However, the pull-down menues do not
list the latest support packages. For example I can select SP 0033
for R/3 support, 0032 for basis, 0032 for appl. interface. For SPAM I
can choose 5 times SAPKD00040. A version number would be helpful.
Also the pull-down menues should be updated whenever a new support
package is made available (I would assume that this pull-down reads a
table somewhere, rather then being manually updated).

Another issue is the SAP Marketplace e-mail that I have subscribed
to. I opted to receive it every day. At the beginning of the e-mail
is the support package section. You would expect that it shows all
the support packages but well, it doesn't. Also, it would be nice to
have the support packages sorted. Further, it should include a
section for GUI patches.

On the same section "customer system data" I had added the page
(after going into my customer installation) to my favorites. However,
when clicking on the favorites it goes first to a "start application"
page where I have to select my installation number again. This is
just 2 additional screens, instead it should go to the page I had
saved as my favorite.

And after you just recently mentioned the "millions on pages" how
about adding some related to the iSeries, with sizing, FAQ, tips,
white papers, SMP, SQL etc. It would sure help our comunity a bit
more.
