What different Problems do you have with the Service Marketplace ?
Hi, Volker.
I also don't like the Notes search engine on the Marketplace. I also prefer
using the old GUI OSS version. The options and selections in the old GUI
version are much easier to refine your selections, etc. If the
Marketplace's Notes search could be as FUNCTIONAL as the old GUI one, then
I'd be a much happier man. For example, if you want to look at several OSS
notes (and you know the numbers) you have to look one at a time. The old
GUI version allowed you to enter multiple note numbers...

I don't much care for the note lookup--I much prefer the old OSS version:
the screen size is awkward--enter the search words, then have to scroll
down to click on "search". Also, the search words are blanked out each
time you return to the search screen.
I've "provided feedback", too, and the response was "it's just
temporary--it's not worth fixing."
Plus, just the whole web thing is limiting--you can't right-click on
something to get "properties", etc.
The good news is that they seem to have gotten the certificate thing
working better--periodically, it either wouldn't work or it would ask for
my userid and password anyway.

I would like to know, what are YOUR most common problems with the Service
Marketplace - except performance - as this is unforunately "wellknown"
(sorry for that).
