Hi Kuni,good idea,
but this is really not possible - at least not in my eyes.
Either you install the Download Manager, or you have to download the stuff 1
by 1 (in parallel with different browsers) which I prefer.

SAP Download Manager maybe nice, but installation is tricky and the java
runtime environment destroys sometimes other things.
