Perhaps this is a "stupid" question, but is the TCP/IP started ?

Hi Thomas,

I have done the steps :
first: logon as user <SID>OFR,
APYR3KRN SID(ECD) KRNLIB(R346DOPT) DLTSQLPKG(*YES)
and restart the SAP.

second: Signon as QSECOFR, addlible R3-Kernel,
> FIXR3OWNS LIB(R346DOPT)
and try to start sap.

third: look at the logfiles for your work processes in
> /usr/sap/SEP/DVEBMGS02/work/dev.....
but all the logfile's date are one month ago.

forth: I checked the jouraling and found the last joural reciver
status is 'PARTIAL' and did
>AS4FIXFILE DBLIB(R3ECDDATA)
and try to start sap again.

The SAP system sleep all the time.
