Dump in SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR
Hi,I would guess, that some file is created larger than 2 GB, which is not
supported.
How large is your Instance and how many users are you having ?
As IFS is mostly used only intermediately, it might be possible, to increase the
amount of processed records in ST03.
Then as first, I would delete the file " /usr/sap/P01/DVEBMGS00/data/S04YM1OH "
.

Hi all,
For some days, the job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR is canceling, in
the execution of the program RSDB4T6M. The error is:
EXSORT_FWRITE_FAILED.
Error writing the sorted file to the temporary file.
The sytsem could not write the sorted file to the temporary file
" /usr/sap/P01/DVEBMGS00/data/S04YM1OH ".
Error number: 3507
Error text: "Object too big."
I have looked for in OSS, and I have found the note 158746 that it
recommends delete the parameter DIR_SORTTMP. I have deleted it, but
the error, continues appearing.
Has it happened to somebody before?
Some idea?
