Hello All,
I have been having a chat with Volker and it seems we have come to an
arrangement for access to one or two servers (still to be determined)
that we can use for some sort of combined BC370/BC525 workshop.
I will begin working with someone in the US to schedule this workshop
this week.
It would help me out if I could get some idea of interest level. No
commitments, just interest. It is easier to sell the idea of using
one of our training department's precious rooms if they know that
there is... well, let's face it, money in it for them.
In addition, if you might attend, I would look forward to hearing
some ideas of what should be included. If you don't plan to attend...
Here's what I would be thinking about doing in 5 days:
Architecture of a SID
Starting/Stopping
Backup/restore
R/3 performance and iSeries work management
Database maintenance and performance
Transport management
System monitoring
Landscape strategies
610/620 architecture
users and authorizations
anything else I can fit in to 5 days
