BC370/BC525 offering in US?
I would like to attend also but since I'm going to TechEd this November, Imay not be able to swing it this year.

Here's where we are on this:
The workshop location will be in Westchester IL (Chicago area) at the SAP
offices.
We should have two possible dates by early next week. I'll query the group
about which dates would be most interesting and we will reserve the room for
that week. We are looking at dates in late September through late October.
The workshop cost will be a K8 (3000 USD) consulting day for each student
for the 5 day workshop. We will use either a professional services
agreement or a purchase order.
The workshop agenda has not been set, but we will cram as much stuff as we
can into the 5 days. We will have as much hands on as makes sense. I'll
include that sort of information once I have the agenda firmed up.
If there is allot of interest, we will schedule 2 or more dates for the
workshop. I don't want to have 20 people in a room and try to do what I'm
thinking I'll do. I won't know this until I have a better idea of firm
interest in the workshop.
I'm still open to suggestions (really, I am) for the workshop
content/agenda.
Here's what I would be thinking about doing in 5 days:
Architecture of a SID
Starting/Stopping
Backup/restore
R/3 performance and iSeries work management
Database maintenance and performance
Transport management
System monitoring
Landscape strategies
610/620 architecture
users and authorizations
Kernel upgrades / maintenance strategies (added)
Upgrade planning (added)
A little on ASCII/GLS (added)
anything else I can fit in to 5 days
Now would be the time to let me know about firm interest and numbers you
would send. No commitments yet, but only serious folks should apply.
