Hi Group,

After V5R1 upgrade yesterday SAPOSCOL is running in a status of DEQW.
I should say, SAPOSCOL is in a start up state then sitting in DEQW status.
This is my 4th V5R1 upgrade and I do not have this problem with the other 3.

This is the WRKACTJOB information

I found this excl lock on *USRSPC R3400/LOCKOSCOLL by the job

Opt Object Library Type Lock Status Locks

LOCKOSCOLL R3400 *USRSPC *EXCL HELD


I tried the following and hope to have a bit luck but no improvement

a) Rename the QUSRSYS/QPFRCOLDTA *USRSPC to something else (like
XPFRCOLDTA)
b) Call QSYS/QYPSCOLDTA which will create the *USRSPC
c) Retry to start SAPOSCOLL

Next I ended SAPOSCOL manually and cleaned up all *USRSPC in R3400 then
restart.
I notice LOCKOSCOLL is always in a ***IN USE status when display Library.

DELTA2 *USRSPC 5001216 User Space for
SAPOSC
LOCKOSCOLL *USRSPC 0 *IN USE

PERFCOMM *USRSPC 5001216 User Space for
SAPOSC

Same outcome when I start SAPOSCOL by SBMJOB with CALL SAPOSCOL.
