STOPSAP in BW 30B Upgrade
Hi Morten,The correct way is:
- Make sure that you have only one kernel library in your library list.
- UPDPGM PGM(*LIBL/STOPSAP) MODULE(*NONE) BNDSRVPGM(*LIBL/O4PRTLIB)
SRVPGMLIB(*LIBL)
Nevertheless, we updated the patches for SAPXPG, STARTSAP and STOPSAP. This
problem should not longer occur.

I switched back to the older version and tried to run the UPDPGM :
UPDPGM PGM(R3620OPT/STOPSAP) MODULE(*NONE) BNDSRVPGM(R3620OPT/O4PRTLIB)
I recieved this message :
Service program O4PRTLIB not found in library GEN620AOPT.
STOPSAP is the only program that I have had problems with.
By now I am running on the old version again and as soon the upgrade has
finished I will apply the latest kernel patches.

Hi Morten,
your solution seems to be a bit weared.
We thought about your problem with collegues and are pretty sure, that we
provide the O4PRTLIB only with kernel-patches. As we are currently having
the problem, that single executables - like your STOPSAP - are not adjusted
with the following UPDPGM, you can run into this issue, if you apply this
patch as last one if it is already a bit older:
UPDPGM PGM(STOPSAP) MODULE(*NONE) BNDSRVPGM(O4PRTLIB)
So, I think, the right solution for you, would be to get the O4PRTLIB
version, that was in the kernel a few hours ago and do the above described
UPDPGM. Otherwise the whole kernel might be out of sync with the signatures
now. So, it might be the point, that you can't start the system anymore
now.

The error is solved. Somehow the O4PRTLIB was changed to an older
version. I copyed it from another kernellib with the same rel/version
and it works.
