TIME CHANGE
Just as an experiment on our DEV system, I didn't wait the infamous hour.
I just stopped SAP, changed QTIME (QUTCOFFSET for us remained the same) and
restarted. All of our timestamps seem to be just fine. What happens if
your time is off, say, 10 minutes. Do you have to stop the system, change
the values, wait 10 minutes and then restart? We are in the middle of
implementing SAP and are at the serious disadvantage of having partners
with no experience, any advice is more than welcome! If duplicate time
stamps are not an issue in your environment, it would seem that you
shouldn't have to wait the specified time.
