System relocation - RFC error in RFCRSWBOINI_IND_IND
Each time we've executed this process - it gets "stuck" here
My perspective is that it is assuming that SAP is running at this point;
and for some unknown reason it isn't.
I've done a couple different things each time -
One time I started SAP and then it got thru this step.
Other times, since I felt that all was ok - I ended the relocate process
and manually updated the dbr3cp.r3s script to a STATUS=OK for this step
and then restarted.

Can anybody help me with a solution on the following error message
when running R3SETUP '-f dbr3cp.r3s':

message : Connect to SAP gateway failed

ASHOST=apollon, SYSNR=31
LOCATION CPIC (TCP/IP) on local host
ERROR partner not reached (host apollon.dkecco01, service
3331)
I have checked that both host apollon and port 3331 has been defined
in my system.
