Missing R3SID400/R3INLPGM after install SAP
Hi Piet,If it really misses in the lib, you could copy it from the kernel. It may be
copied as well with APYR3KRN.
But I suspect, that it is there, but the libl is wrong. Then I would suggest
APYR3KRN as well.

Hello,
After install of SAPr3 on our server we have problems with logon of
SIDofr en SIDopr user. We compared the profiles with another SAP
environment and they are the same.
We analyzed the log and it appears that R3SID400/R3INLPGM is missing.
How can we solve this?
