TP errors
Sounds like you may have IPL'd the box recently?If yes, the CL which starts SAP needs to call R3INLPGM prior to starting
SAP otherwise the environment variable is not set correctly which
impacts trying to run tp's interactively
If you are at 4.6C - you can temporarily run your tp's via batch (by
scheduling the transport to start at x time) until the time you can
restart SAP

We are getting error code 012 on our TP's all of a sudden.
in the slog, it shows:
ERROR: No connect due to DbSl Load Lib Failure
ERROR: environment variable DIR_LIBRARY is not set.
ERROR: Connect to PRD failed (20021105104823).
After poking around, the TP_DOMAIN_DEV.pfl has a different owner. I am
trying to change back to r3owner, but I get an error message on the 400:
