RE : V5R2 upgrade - advice
We migrated las year a system from 30F to 46C with a change from4.5 to 5.1 at the same time and without any problems.

Hi list,
I want to migrate from 4.5 to 5.2 on my 730 - 8 CPU - 6 GB RAM. I need
to
migrate because I need a new server, and the new server is 5.2
installed.
In 1/03 we have got a new iSeries so we can migrate R/3 from 31I to
46CSR2.
Is good idea use V5R2 now ? I know that V5R2 is just certified for 31I
...
but do any one know problems about it ? Must I prefer 5.1 ?
What do you use on a new 840 that runs R/3 ... 5.1 or 5.2 ?
If I upgrade to V5R2 can I estimate the performace reducing ?
