BW issue on W2K Server

Hi Group,

I had 2 issues with my BW servers and see if someone could pass on some
information.

BWQ - after applied some security and registry changes on the server SAP
with a status of half started.

Message server started with a green light but Disp+wk with stopped status.

I check note 544533 and all local users BWQADM & SAPserviceBWQ and had no
progress.

Following is the startup log for Disp+wk

Issue Number 2 on BWP - background process with CPIC stopped.

I implemented note 384971 and situation still has not improve.

Just see if there is any remedy other than doing Kernel patch .
