Where are the WAS TP lock files

Hi All,

I can not find the TP lock files any more in my WAS 6.20 BIW 3.0B instance.

In the old days (4.6C) TP would create its lock files in /usr/sap/trans/tmp
If a TP would get stuck (usualy because of another crashed TP), you could find
there what is was wainting for.
All you had to do, was stop sap, stop aal TP tasks and delete the lock files in
/usr/sap/trans/tmp
After a restart, TP wuould (normaly) continue if restarted.

But now on WAS 6.20, my TP task is doing nothing, it's probably locked, and no
other (new) transport will finish.
But there are no (lock) files in /usr/sap/trans/tmp

Does anybody know where they are now?
