Statics on user's transactions
Hi Again Franco.Another way which we use is SM20 - Security Audit Log. When you set up your
security profile (SM19), you can choose to monitor transaction and report
starts which includes the relevant stuff..user id, date , time etc..
You can use SM18 to reorganize your security audit files and delete the ones
you do not want. Again, this uses alot of space so you need to keep an eye
on the files.

There is a way to increase transaction history from ST03 but you better have
lots of disk space for 6 months.
From ST03: Workload =>Reorganiztion=> Parameters=> Performance Database. At
the top, you have a section for Residence Times of statistical data.
Since you say you have 15 days, it sounds as if someone has already changed
you settings or set up 15 days when the system was installed since I *think*
the default is 3 days.

Hi all,
is there a way to report the transactions invoked by SAP users in a "long"
timeframe, say 6 months ?
I see that ST03 allows us to do that only for 15 days, no more.
