AS4fixFile authority
When using the CMD AS4FIXFILE after our database refresh the CMD dumps with andauthority problem :
attempt to use system object <source SID>OWNER without authority. The AS4FIXFILE
is started under
user <target SID>OFR.
However in DSPOBJAUT of <source SID>OWNER *public has *use authority.
