Outlook Errror Message with 620 GUI
We are experiencing a problem with the 620 GUI, patch level 26. For some
strange reason most (not all) installations are getting the error message:
The add-in "C:\Programs\Common Files\SAP Shared\System\wdkcalex.dll..."
could not be installed or located. This problem may be resolved by using
Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program Files\common
Files\SAP Shared..." You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or
missing a .dll file.
The Detect and Repair option from Outlook did not resolve the problem. SAP
has suggested removing an entry from the Registry but this is not an option
for rolling out the GUI to 400 users.
Also, from testing, it appears to only happen on our T23 Thinkpads and not
our desktop PC's. The file is not on the PC's with the error but it is also
not on the PC's that have the 620 and not the error message. It also does
not matter if the Office Integration option is selected or not.
