SAPOSCOL not compatible...
Hi all members...
I have read a lot of questions and answers regarding SAPOSCOL but nothing
like my problem.
Before I upgrade SAPOSCOL I have a very well working SAPOSCOL but the SAP
guys who will check our Early Watch (go live for before 46C) report say it
was to old.
We run 40B patchlevel 863 and OS V5R1. I download from SAP R/3 4.0B ->
Binary Patches -> SAP KERNEL 4.0B_COM 32-BIT ->
OS/400 V4R4M0 -> DB2/400 -> saposcol
Apply it with APYR3FIX and restart the R3 system. The job SAPOSCOL runs
well under the subsystem. Then I check it with ST06 I get the following
besides all zeros:
Diagnosis
The version of the collector is not compatible with the disp+work ofthe
application server.
Procedure
Start the correct collector. The old collector might still run after
release upgrade from 1.2A to 2.0A.
What am I doing wrong??
