User logon auditing?
Hi John.There are a few places to look at.
From SM19 and SM20. From the Audit profile, you can see all DAILOG sign
ons, locks and bad passwords with dates, time etc.
From SM21, you should also be able to see locked users and bad sign ons.
From SE38, reports RSUSR100 & RSUSR200.
From RSUSR100, you can see locks, password changes and other changes to user
ids.
From RSUSR200, last long on dates & times, lock status and Password changes.

functionality to log each user's successful and unsuccessful logon
attempts.
