Maximum number of sessions reached

Hey!?!?!

Ghost modi? Interesting!!!
Is this GUI 6.20? Which patch level?
We have heard of similar problems with GUI 6.20,
maybe there is a GUI 6.20 bug lurking...

Looked into SM04, and there where actually 6 modi, 3 of them where although
blank witch should indicate 6 sap gui screen but on the PC we could only se
tre gui screens.

As she remembers she has not seen this error before - And they normally
always work with 4-5 session

Well I deleted the tree blank session and then she could work as normal
again.

The phenomenon is normal. It 's a restriction in every
SAP system that a user can have only 6 modi.

Interesting is your number 4. Look into SM04 and you will
probably see 4 external modi and 2 internal ones.

One of our users get a dialog box with the error message "Maximum number of
sessions reached" when trying to create session screen number 4.

Nobody else has this problem - Anyone of you seen this before?
